Fleet health & alerts

Monitor every site running your snippets: error trends per snippet and module, spike-detection alerts, and delivery to email or a Slack webhook.

Fleet health

The Fleet health dashboard aggregates error data across all sites running your snippets and modules. Each row shows the affected-site count and a trend chart for a 7-, 30-, or 90-day window, with a comparison summary against the preceding period. Expanding a row reveals the per-site breakdown and the most recent error message. A separate error-triage view lists fleet-wide errors across every snippet and module in one place, so nothing goes unnoticed.

Alerts

  • Threshold mode: fires an alert when the number of errored sites for a snippet or module reaches or exceeds your configured minimum. The default is one site.
  • Spike mode: compares today's errored-site count against a trailing seven-day baseline and fires only when the count exceeds the baseline by a configurable sensitivity margin (low, medium, or high). Requires at least three days of history before it can fire.
  • Both modes and the sensitivity setting are per-account and configured in your account settings.
  • Mute a snippet or module to suppress alerts for it entirely. Active alerts for muted items are resolved immediately.

Delivery

  • In-app bell: alerts appear in the notification centre; unread alerts show a badge count.
  • Email: opt in to alert emails in your account settings.
  • Slack / webhook: paste any HTTPS webhook URL in account settings to receive a Slack-compatible JSON payload on every alert. The URL is validated against an SSRF block list (no private hosts, no loopback, HTTPS only). Use the test button to send a sample payload and confirm delivery before relying on it.
Fleet health: runs and errors across every connected site, with a daily trend and per-snippet drill-down.

The plugin side

Fleet health data is sent by the SnipCraft Pro plugin. Pro sites opt in to push a daily health snapshot to the cloud (including snippet activation status, error counts, and deactivation reasons) so the dashboard has fresh data to display. See Cloud account sync for how to connect a Pro site to your cloud account and enable health reporting.
