Teams & collaboration
Teams let you share snippets and modules with colleagues, track every change through a shared activity feed, and manage who can view or edit each item.
Creating a team
- In the cloud dashboard, open Teams and choose New team. Give it a name. You become its owner automatically.
- Invite teammates by email. For each invite you choose a role: editor (can view, comment, and propose change requests) or viewer (read-only access). Invites are scoped to the email address and expire once accepted.
- Invitees accept the invite from the notification in their account. Once accepted, they appear in the team's member list with the assigned role.
Roles are owner, editor, and viewer. Owners can invite members, change roles, remove members, and approve or reject change requests. A team must always have at least one owner.
Sharing work
Assign a snippet or module to a team from its detail page. All team members can then browse and use it. Ownership can be transferred by promoting another member to the owner role, which ensures continuity when the original author is unavailable.
Staying in sync
Each team has an activity feed that records every action: snippets created, comments posted, change requests opened and resolved, and member changes. You can filter the feed by category (snippets, modules, members, or comments) and page back through history. Per-team notification preferences let you subscribe or unsubscribe from that team's activity without leaving all your other teams.
